Platform EMC Workflow (Radiated Emissions) – Reverse Propagation

This tutorial introduces the user to the Reverse Prop Workflow in EMA3D Connect for radiated-emissions analysis in an aircraft. The workflow imports a RE102 noise signal from EMA3D into Connect. Next, Connect creates and runs a complete RE102 test bench simulation, including antennas, chamber geometry, and solver settings. The measured emissions are processed and automatically applied to the original platform model in Discovery as a newly constructed current source, which is then used to evaluate system wide EMC effects. By the end of the demo, users will have used Connect tools for post-processing and data visualization, while learning how Connect workflows can be utilized to streamline simulation processes.
